FAQs

Q: What is North Studio?

North Studio is a boutique independent wellness space offering a range of classes and workshops.

Whether it’s a high energy spin class, tough HIIT workout, a calming yoga class or pilates we have your class preference covered.

Recovery is just as important as the workout so to support your attendance to our classes we have a treatment room with a dedicated team of therapists including physio, sports massage & reflexology.

There’s also an on-site juice & smoothie bar so you can refuel post class. Everything you need in one place.

Q: Are your classes suitable for beginners?

We welcome all fitness levels and love introducing beginners to the studio! If you are new to a class to get the most out of it we ask you to arrive 15 minutes early. We also have a selection of dedicated beginners classes, click here to see the timetable to find a suitable class for you.

Q: What options do I have for buying classes?

You have two options- class pass packages or a monthly membership.

Our changing rooms and shower facilities are located on the first floor. Complete with vanity stations with Hollywood mirrors, cloud 9 hair dryers and straighteners and lockers.

Q: What is the waitlist?

If the class you want to book is sold out or fully booked, you can add yourself onto the waitlist. As other clients cancel, you will be automatically added to the class in the order you signed up. If you get a place in the class we will notify you by email.

Q: Can I change my booking to another class?

If you are outside the 12-hour cancellation window, you can always switch to another class that’s not already sold out.

Q: Where can I park?

Q: What is the cancellation policy for classes?

We open up reservations 7 days prior to the class. We politely ask for at least 12 hours notice if you wish to cancel your class. If you give less than this you will incur a no show charge if you have a membership, or lose your credit if you are on a class pass.
