Run & Build

Description:
A combination of our two most popular classes. Run & Build is the ultimate test of strength and cardiovascular fitness, perfect for those who love the balance of the two. Endurance will be tested on the treadmills with combinations of sprints and hills and your strength will be defined using resistance and bodyweight exercises.

The Games

Description:
The games is no ordinary circuit class. Consisting of functional fitness focused around full body strength and conditioning paired with testing your endurance, the games is the ultimate way to get sweaty and strong. You’ll be working with kettlebells, slam balls, boxes and battle ropes for short bursts of time.

BOX & RUN

Description:

A full body workout incorporating boxing drills with treadmill intervals.

All equipment is provided although bringing your own boxing gloves is preferable.
