Power Pilates

Description:
Our classes focus on traditional elements of Pilates including controlled mindful movements, with a cardio flare. Bridging the gap between traditional continuous movement and athletic conditioning, the sessions are designed to flow quicker than traditional pilates to create a full body workout that challenges you and tones and strengthens muscles you didn’t know you had!

Barre

Description:
A dynamic full body workout. The classes focus on building strength, improving flexibility and also improving stability through a stronger core.

Vinyasa Yoga

Description:
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm of practice. The Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures and some more challenging postures as well as focusing on the power of breath awareness.
